This specific flavor of spicy mango and habanero does have a kick, so if you aren't able to handle spicy things, this would not be a good option for you. Decent lasting time but spicy mints aren't it for me and I am a big fan of spicy foods.

Fruity and sweet. Tart depending on the flavor. The smell is also fruity but not overwhelming, like a Tums if you favorite that. My kids love them. Especially like when the package states that it was designed by gamers. It’s a great promotional marketing.

It does leave a bit of a strange bitter aftertaste which wasn’t my personal favorite, but they do have a bit of a minty fresh flavor while chewing them. It opens at the top on a hinge and closes tight. I was intrigued by the wording on the packaging. What ingredients does it have? What does it do? Let me tell you. NO CAFFEINE is used. 1st plus for me. TOTALLY NATURAL INGREDIENTS. 2nd plus for me. I felt I didn't have to worry about using it. What the heck is it then? It is not a mint but that is what it reminds me of. It has l-theanine in it. What Respawn claims it gives you an edge up on energy and mental fatigue you can get when gaming or sitting at a computer or sitting in a meeting a long time. I love the watermelon mango flavor. It isn't overpowering, lasts a long time if you suck on it. You can chew it as well. I prefer the former. I never thought I would like watermelon mango flavor so much. The Spicy Hababero Mango on the other hand! Has a good flavor but will burn your mouth. All in all, I will definitely buy Respawn watermelon mango just because of its flavor. I will not buy the Spicy Habanero Mango. Does it give you mental clarity? I will just say, maybe don't eat it before bedtime.

I recognize that it’s because I don’t reach for spice, and I found it rather intolerable. Perhaps if you like spice, this habanero flavor would be nice. The other flavors are by far better, and the packaging appear modern and interesting. I did notice significant energy improvement without too much of a crash. Would love to see a flavor expansion.
