The griddle is sturdy and durable. It heats up quickly and cooks food evenly. The recommendation of peanut or canola oil was worthwhile notation. It was easy to clean and a welcome addition to my cooking arsenal.

I absolutely love this pan, it is now one of my favorite. It cooks very evenly. Food doesn't stick . Cleans up perfect, I've used it many times and it still looks brand new. I would highly recommend.

Member mark modern ceramic double burner griddle is durable and safe for low temperature cooking its easy to maintain easy to clean and very safe made from best and heavy material i love it to use

So far I love this griddle, it's nonstick and I've been using it on the grill to cook veggies and other sides. The griddle is nice is sturdy , I highly recommend!

This griddle really disappointing. I've only used it 3x. The bottom started pealing the 2nd week. The worst buy ever! I should have saved my old one.

started out great and loved it but after a couple of cleanings with just dawn and hand washing with a sponge the non stick is no longer working and everything sticks! im very disappointed because it was AWESOME in the beginning

Griddle is arched so it doesn't make even contact with a flat cooktop, and grease pools at the ends so the contents cook unevenly.
