These grapefruit quite sour, despite allowing the fruit to ripen on the counter. Perhaps it's not a good year?

The store was out for a few weeks, and when they finally arrived, I was so excited to purchase a bag. Fresh fruit, plump, delicious.

The only state I ever buy from. Never had a bland or disappointing grapefruit from Texas and I've been buying them exclusively for decades
