The tv is excellent and works very well. I like picture and appearance of the soft colors on screen.

Worth the money. Easy to set up, 4 screws to put legs on. Picture is sharp and clear. Sound is good but would be better with a sound bar. Glad I bought it.

Tv is wonderful! Purchased installation with tv and after 1 month and over 20 missed appointments had to cancel installation and have been informed it will take 6 to 8 weeks to get the refund. Apparently installation is only available in certain areas even though they sell it anywhere. The Vizio tv and soundbar are great but don't pay for wallmart's installation!

We bought this tv to replace our Roku smart tv that had died. I did a lot of research trying to decide on the best replacement and decided on this Vizio. It seemed to have decent reviews, top choice when I asked ChatGPT to compare, $150 more than I wanted to spend but seemed a good option. The issues are mostly annoyances. When you push buttons the response is super slow. You can't arrange your apps on the screen. Remote is super touchy, we bump buttons often. But screen quality is fine. The sound is fine. It works as it should but just a few things I miss about my previous tv.

A television purchased from Walmart should NOT require a Walmart account to use the Smart features. Walmart has no right to know what I'm watching. I suggest buying this tv elsewhere.

Nice clear picture for 4 days, then all of a sudden a huge vertical line formed on the right side and didn't go away. Returning immediately

You can't use this as a smart tv without signing in or up for a Walmart account. It's the dumbest thing I've ever heard. I regret buying it and will never buy a tv from Walmart again. DO NOT BUY

Calling warranty or support, tv keeps freezing up, can't get it to shut off using the manual button, having to unplug it and restart it all the time
