I have tried other brands, including store brands and this always works best for them. My oldest 2 are 7 and 10 and this helps both of them. This is one of the medicines I don't bother trying to find an alternative. They also don't complain of the taste so it must be pretty good!

These chewables give her the daily dose of allergy relief she needs and the chewables taste great so she doesn't complain, she even enjoys them! He can easily chew these and they seem to have the same effectiveness. I recommend these chewable table. The price is a little more per dose, so that would be the only downside.

He doesn't do well with liquid medicine, but he was able to chew these up with little issues. He said the flavor was still not great, but it did the trick!
