[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This mattress is quite firm - firmer than I expected it to be compared to our former pillow top mattress. It took a little getting used to, but so far so good. Most importantly it keeps me cool, which is something my previous mattress did a pretty poor job at. I would certainly recommend this mattress to people who prefer a firmer mattress and people who run a little hotter at night! Unboxing was straightforward and it probably took a full day to expand to the normal size, but I think it was usable nearly out of the box. I was also really impressed that it didn't smell like chemicals after opening the bag, as so many other vacuum sealed memory foam products do.

It came delivered in a box wrapped and sealed tightly after removing the wrap which my kids loved to do I placed it on the frame and let it rise for the night. The bed is very comfortable . It’s cool to touch and I stayed cool all night and you sink right into it. It was a wonderful night sleep and I just may be buying another for my kids and this bed is GREAT! And the 15 year warranty shows they stand by their mattresses !!!

The first thing I noticed was how supportive it felt without being overly firm. After unpacking it inflated quickly and was true to size. It smelled fresh and clean and after sleeping on it for a week I can say I have had the best sleep I have had in a long time!! I love how it is cushioned like a memory foam mattress but not too much. It is easy to move around and it holds it's firmness to the eye of the mattress. I used to get sore shoulders on my old memory foam mattress because I sleep on my side. I can still sleep on my side with this mattress and I am not getting the pain I used to get. I had also upgraded from a full size bed to a queen size and the larger size helped as well. Highly recommend this mattress to anyone looking to improve their sleep and comfort.

It hits that sweet spot of being nice and firm while still feeling super comfortable because it contours right to my body and definitely feels more supportive than a traditional coil mattress. As for the cooling feature, I didn't really notice much of a difference, but to be fair, I sleep with a waterproof mattress pad on it, which probably blocked some of that effect anyway. Getting it inside was a bit of a workout since the box is pretty heavy to move around by yourself, but with a little determination, it was totally doable. I do love that the cover has an antimicrobial treatment to keep things fresh, and knowing the foam is CertiPUR-US® certified gives me peace of mind since I might end up handing it down to my kid. Overall I would recommend it!

It's soft enough to be comfortable but still supportive, so I don't wake up with a sore back or stiff shoulders anymore. One of my favorite things is that it doesn't transfer much movement. If my partner gets up during the night, I barely notice. Setup was easy—it expanded pretty quickly after opening, and there wasn't much off gassing (which is better than my previous experiences with foam mattresses). Overall, I've been sleeping better since switching to this mattress. I'd definitely recommend it if you're looking for a comfortable mattress.

I am a side or stomach sleeper depending on where I toss and turn. I felt comfort no matter which angle I laid, which was a testament to the feel of this mattress !The mattress un boxing was so quick and easy . Not too heavy at all. It was ready straight out the plastic , I do suggest letting it sit and air out for 5 minutes initially. I noticed the cooling affect activated almost instantly as I also sweat at night. I was able to enjoy a nice , cool , even temperature rest.
