I get really hot at night and although I use a fan while I sleep, I didn't find myself sweating or over heating when I slept on this mattress. Like with most mattresses it's a change from my old one. I thought it would be too firm and I wouldn't sleep good. I was wrong on that estimation, after a few nights sleeping on it I can already feel the benefits. Relaxing sleep with my body feeling food in the mornings. Feel refreshed and ready for the day. Can't praise this mattresse enough.
