Small men’s fits my 31” waist with a little room to go. Still fit fine after washing. These are perfect for running in very cold weather. Very comfortable. Pockets fit nearly any phone. I only wish they put the tie strap on the inside. I don’t understand why manufacturers are starting to put outside, looks messy.

I purchased a pair of XL pants and they run too short as if they were a size M.

This time cloth quality not that much..after 1st wash little bits sinked..

Got a great deal and bought two pairs for am awesome price.
