Love this product

I liked it but I returned because lips were not the exact size.

I like this cup because it is does not contain polystyrene foam. It is recyclable. It does not slip around in your hand. I use it for hot beverages and cold beverages. I like Dixie and all their products. As I am a Southerner, I also like the name "Dixie". I pray that some nut, that is trying to do away with everything Southern and wipe out our history, does not decide that this name is no longer usable. Dixie do not ever give in to the nuts of today.

I bought the 179 count-12 oz cups. I've been buying this products for (I don't know how many years, I'll just say several). About 3 weeks ago, I picked another bag of these cups. I didn't study it, didn't look at it at all because they've been the same for years. I went to open the bag to put several cups in our coffee station only to find there were NO LIDS. I thought maybe this was a mistake! I held on the bag so that I could go back to Sam's and check to see if maybe I just got a bad bag. Apparently, the manufacturer doesn't think they make enough money on these cups because now you'll have to buy a bag of cups AND a bag of lids!! As soon as I can locate my reciept, I will return the cups, and I'll find a different manufacturer that operates with some common sense! This makes me extremely angry!

My family is using 20oz cups with lids for over 10 years Monday-Friday. Two weeks ago when purchasing new stack of cups I noticed they changed it to thinner but taller design so we can buy 'one size fits all' lids. My first disappointment was that I had to buy new lids because I cand no longer use the lids that I already have (about 300+ left in the box). Then, I though it is OK because now I can use the same lids for all cup sizes we use at home. And then my disappointment list just start growing every step I was making with this new size design cup: 2. I no longer can keep new cups in my draw because cups are taller and no longer fit in there. 3. This cup no longer fits under my coffee maker because it is taller. I have to make my coffee in one cup and transfer it to another to take it 'to-go' 4. Because it is taller and thinner it is not as stable in the car cup holder as it was before. Easily to flip. 5. THE MOST IMPORTANT - QUALITY - I noticed when I first opened the package that quality of the cup is different - it is thinner then before. Today is my second day using it and second day my cup has a leak at the bottom!!! Very very very upset! Unfortunately I will need to research other options. Something what I used to for 10+ yrs needs to be change because of unnecessary "improvements".

Great option for the office

Dixie changed the size of the cups even though they are still 20oz. Now I’m stuck with a couple hundred lids that don’t fit the cups.

I would like this product better if lids came together with paper cups instead of buying them separate.

Great size, just enough ounces, gripper on cup so it doesn't get away from you. Just too bad they don't sell an 8 oz in the store.
