But you do have the option to control the number of marketing emails that you can receive from us. If you go to the bottom of any mail, you can click on 'email preferences' or 'unsubscribe'. In the meantime, I'd like to share with you a helpful video that shows you how to open them here, if you are still having trouble then I recommend using scissors to cut along the dotted line. If you find that this is too difficult, I completely understand and recommend trying our Cooking Broths that come in a 32oz size with a twist off cap opening.
