I've used this as a base for soups and for cooking veggies. Its thin and the flavor is mild. It's not quite like my homemade but I love the convenience when I havent had time to make my own.

Super tasty bone broth. My only disappointment is that with my dietary restrictions, I'm not able to have anything cooked with peppers or black pepper so it won't work for me. If my dietary restrictions change, I'll know where to go for bone broth!
