This is a perfect addition to my Keto WOE. I just add a bit of pink Himalayan salt and a tbsp of butter and it keeps me feeling satisfied for a long time. My nails and hair are growing like crazy!

I'm enjoying my new bone broth habit very much. I add some salt and pepper, maybe some garlic salt, a pat of butter-- nice, hot warm-me-up mug of good nutrition.

The chicken bone broth was great for sipping as a drink in between meals and as a broth base. As for the Miso it was a little on the salty side but good in taste. The chicken is a major go:ok_hand:.

we liked the high protein value. weak flavor. not soup weather, but in the fall we will use it as a base for a variety of soups. too expensive to EVER buy again, so stop sending promos.
