Honestly, I do not like it plain so add cumin, ginger powder, paprika, and salt. Our bone broth is not as tasty as a regular broth/soup and it has an acquired taste because we have to control the spices and seasonings added to it for people who are sensitive to certain ingredients. That is why we encourage our customers to enjoy it with their favorite seasoning. Personally, I love adding paprika, cumin, and ginger powder to it.
