Just started KETO about six weeks ago...so we’re still trying to figure all the “do’s” and “don’t dos” of doing this correctly..but we started our subscription with Kettle and Fire..and threw away all the store bought broth from our pantry. I try to intermittent fast, and drink bone broth an hour before my first meal. Thomas DeLauer is right...it’s really good for your digestion and gut health. I look forward to seeing their soup menus soon!

I'm a new monthly subscriber to both the chicken and beef bone broths. I have tried both broths as sipping soups as well as with added vegetables and herbs. While I was skeptical at first because the smell is quite different from traditional chicken broth, the taste is pretty similar. I added organic diced carrots and celery as well as some diced onion to it for a between-meals snack, and it hit the spot!

I've had severe autoimmune issues since 2013, and although at about 80% health now, have tried almost everything (including another bone broth) in an attempt to fully recover. I noticed a difference right away with Kettle and Fire, have now ordered a subscription, and am confident this may be the missing puzzle piece. Plus, it tastes great and my body is already craving it when I wake up in the morning.

This soup checks off all the boxes for me. Made from organic chicken bones, all organic ingredients in a resealable container. Great source of collagen, protein, low carb, low calorie, and fairly low sodium. I enjoy a daily cup at dinnertime. No chemicals or preservatives. I highly recommend.

I know this is good for me, but I am not yet in love with this product. I need more flavor than I am getting so far. I will continue to sip and learn to like it. Until then, I do not want to sign up for a subscription that I have not yet been able to justify to my budget.

If your family enjoys homemade chicken soup you must order Kettle and Fire's Chicken bone broth. It makes the most mouth-watering, rich broth ever. In years past I would use the little square blocks of bouillon, I don't do that anymore. Kettle and Fire provides better nutrition plus flavor.

This order could not have come at a better time. While most of my kid's friends are coming down with something my kids have stayed healthy thanks to the daily dose of chicken bone broth. They drink it up in their tea mugs. Thanks for making such a yummy, nutritious food that I feel good about serving to my kids and that they will actually drink!

We drink chicken bone broth to add collagen and amino acids to our morning regime. I have made broth at home before and it stinks up the house and thus drinking it less palatable. We have tried a few other bands and K&F is definitely the tastiest and also a high quality source. Will be ordering again soon.

WOW! In all honesty, I can't cook worth a bean. I've had some of my chef friends make chicken broth over the years and none of them hold a candle to this fantastic homemade delectable broth! Do yourself a favor and try this. I love that they didn't kill the broth with salt or needless ingredients. It's real folks. This is great for a cleanse, Lectin free, Gluten free, whatever health conscious journey you are on...I buy by the case from my Grocer's. Stock your pantry.
