Hello Doug, We are sorry if our Beef Bone Broth isn't to your liking. We really appreciate your honest feedback. Drinking bone broth is an acquired taste. You may need to add your favorite spices to your bone broth to improve its flavor. Personally, I love adding paprika, cumin, and ginger powder to it. We also have some great recipes on our blog that will help you incorporate our bone broth into your regular meals so that you can still get all the benefits of bone broth in your diet. https://blog.kettleandfire.com/recipes/ Regarding the sodium in our bone broth, it comes from two sources — the bones themselves and a small proportion of added organic sea salt. During the long simmer times, the minerals found in the bones leach into the water. The majority of our sodium comes from this source and only a small percentage is credited to the added organic sea salt. In addition to this, you cannot have real bone broth without a certain amount of salt, even if you make it yourself as bones naturally break down into sodium. 85% to 90% of the sodium in our beef and chicken bone broths comes from the bones. Good news is that our bone broth is full of potassium which helps balance it out! I hope this helps. Please let us know if you have other questions or concerns we can address for you. ~ Yanna | Kettle & Fire Happiness Team
