Hi Diane, Thanks for your honest feedback. We apologize if our Beef Bone Broth isn't to your liking. Bone broth has an acquired taste. That is why we encourage our customers to enjoy it with their favorite seasoning. Personally, I love adding paprika, cumin, and ginger powder to it. We also have some great recipes on our blog that will help you incorporate our Beef Bone Broth into your regular meals so that you can still get all the benefits of bone broth in your diet. https://blog.kettleandfire.com/recipes/ Moreover, our Bone Broths don't have the same amount of gelatin as homemade bone broth. However, gelatin is a sign of collagen's presence but it is not required. As long as collagen is present so are the health benefits. Although our bone broth does not look like jello, you should be able to see that it does not look like regular broth or like water. It should be cloudy and once you refrigerate it, the bone broth will get thicker. All of our bone broths are cooked using the same 1 to 1 ratio of bones to water, we only use 100% grass-fed marrow bones in our beef bone broth and 100% organic chicken bones for our chicken bone broth. The feet and the back are the areas that have the most cartilage still attached, and that's where we get that rich collagen found in our bone broth. I hope this helps.
