Hi Phyllis, Thank you for sharing your feedback. I'm so sorry if this product has too much sodium for you. I'll be passing your feedback on to our team. The sodium that is in our bone broth comes from two sources — the bones themselves and a small proportion of added sea salt. During the long simmer times, the minerals found in the bones leach into the water. The majority of our sodium comes from this source and only a small percentage is credited to the added sea salt. Did you know that we do have Low-Sodium Cooking Broths? They are currently out of stock but we will have them back soon and if interested, you can find them here.
