This is and excellent bone broth and the low sodium is great! I take it every morning! Recomended to everyone.

Hot weather here!! I have not actually tried any of it yet. When the weather cools, I'm planning on using it in some dishes.

I warm it up, combine it with collagen and drink daily for the minor pain in my knees and hands....the pain is gone. I'm 71 years old.

The chicken broth is really my favorite. I am thinking about buying 6 at a time and purchasing every two or three months instead of every month.

I like the Kettle & Fire bone broth very much. If you don't have time to make your own, this is the only other option I like. It's yummy!
