easy dinner

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is great to have in the freezer for times you don't feel like cooking. I love having easy dinner solutions for days I don't feel like adulting. The value size is great for parties. Everyone loves it. It is easy to make. You can't mess it up. One of the best features is it is MSG free. That is very important for me. It is a little spicy so I am not sure everyone will like it but I love spice. I recommend this.

Just the best

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been eating General Tso's chicken for years and it the best and easiest chicken to cook and eat for a guy on the run a lot. The best chicken in a bag you can ever get at the grocery store. I love it.

Yummm yum YUM!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are soooo crazy about Chinese food. But we don't often have the time and budget to go. We have a huge hungry family. I try to make it at home quite often but it is so time consuming. This General Tso's chicken is amazing! I was able to make and prep dinner in under thirty minutes! The portion sizes were perfect... This is a staple for us now.

General Tso’s chicken

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were able to create a lovely Chinese style meal at home with this chicken. It was enough to feed our family and I’m happy that it saved us money over eating out. The chicken does have a little kick but it was good and my kids even ate it!

Good but not Great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got the General TsO’s chicken rice bowl as a last minute fast dinner. The chicken tasted good and the sauce was ok. This tasted like most of the general tso’s dinners out there. Nothing really stood out about this product.

Even my SUPER PICKY hubby loves this stuff!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Grabbed this from the frozen section for a night I didn’t have the time to make chicken teriyaki (I’ll blame any one of the gazillion kid activities for this :) I’m a super dorky mom with a fam that shares a super dorky love of Star Wars , so I try to do a themed dinner once a week of rice and chicken teriyaki which I like to call “fried Porg,” because of course of my dorkdom as evidenced in the first picture :) We do it up with light up light saber chopsticks and music. This dish is our new mainstay, great balance of spiciness and sweetness. Well, I failed at scheduling(again!) and didn’t Leave myself enough time to bake chicken and do sauce, so as you can imagine, when I plopped this frozen food in my air fryer, I wasn’t optimistic at all. It comes with the usual in frozen food with sauce: chicken an 2 packets of sauce. I put on the rice, and snuck a piece of the air fried chicken when it was done — shockingly YUMMMM with a bit of air fried crispiness. There was hope ! I tossed them in the sauce and again snuck a taster (I mean for scientific purposes only, I would never just sneak food :) Just wow. Perfectly balanced with a bold spiciness and sweetness. Even my super critical hubby loved them - which is about as high marks as you get. Woot Star Wars night was saved - oooh and by the way, I think they’re even better the next day after the sauce completely penetrates them *drools* *clanks chopsticks w you*

Fast, easy, good

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I usually make everything from scratch but I do like having fast, delicious options to keep in the freezer for nights I don’t have much time. This was easy, delicious, and had a good flavor. I wouldn’t say it’s 3 portion sizes like the box states, as my boy friend could have eaten it all himself lol

Flavorful Asian chicken dish

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would give this a solid 4 out of 5. It is a bit too sweet and a bit too spicy and way more sauce than you need. But it has a nice flavor. The texture of the chicken done in the airfryer was ok, nice and crispy but I wasnt a big fan of the tempura batter flavor wise but it had a nice texture. The amount of meat is good for one, maybe 2 people if served with noodles or rice and veggies. However it comes with an ample amount of sauce, you could easily add in extra meat and make it stretch for 3 or 4 people.

simple meal

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried this the other day. It was good. It was easy to make. It taste good. The texture doesn't feel overly processed. It's crispy. For packaged food it's pretty good. Better than a microwavable dinner. I would get it again.

Great for a frozen meal

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The instructions were very easy to follow! The portion size was enough for one very hungry person or two slighty-not-hungry people. I used the pan method and my meal was ready in about 15 minutes. The taste was pretty good for a frozen meal, I can't compare it to a restaurant meal, however it was too sweet for my liking. I ended up having to add salt and pepper, but I think the average person would enjoy it as-is!
