[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] General Tso’s Chicken entree Is packed full of flavors. I was absolutely quite surprised as was my family that ate it. I normally wouldn’t have thought it would be so flavorful as this was my first time trying it. The flavors were nice not overpowering so was a nice flavor throughout. The portion size is a nice 40 oz, perfect main dish or if you want to add sides to go with it. Whether your looking for a quick dish to serve for an easy night dinner or serving up for a night with friends over this dish is perfect.

My husband and I ate it and felt that it was pretty good, but we don’t think that it’s something we would eat all of the time. It was easy to prepare and would be good for a quick meal.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got a chance to try InnovAsian General Tso's Chicken Entree.  This is advertised on the package as being lightly battered Tempura Chicken Breast and a spicy Asian style BBQ sauce with Sesame Seeds.    At my house, we're used to the General Tso's served at our local Chinese Buffet which is more sweet than spicy so even though this did say it was spicy no one was quite prepared for the level of heat which (to us) was pretty fiery.  Cooking instructions are pretty straightforward and easy to follow.  The directions list three cooking methods by oven, pan fry or microwave.  I used the oven method (the preferred method) which made the chicken a little hard.  I served my husband the chicken with no sauce because he has zero tolerance for any spicy food.  I finished my share according to directions. I think when using the oven method the cooking time needs to be less than what's on the package to avoid hard chicken.  The sauce did soften the chicken up a small amount but it was still  hard to bite into.  With some tweaking this has the possibility of being a good meal.  I served it over Basmati rice. Will we have the InnovAsian General Tso's Chicken at our house again - probably not.  You may love it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Is there anything better than General Tso's? InnovAsian always catches my eye as I'm walking through the freezer section. Their General Tso's is made to perfection in my opinion. The sauce packet, is what I absolutely adore. A little sweet. A little spicy. A little between the two. Something of an unami. Cooked in a pan on the stovetop or baked, either is a delicious way to enjoy this scrumptious dish. I enjoy eating this as is or with some white rice with cilantro.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had seen this product several times before buying, but was not compelled to purchase. Needless to say, I waited too long! The chicken tempura smelled great opening the package and readying for baking. I baked on parchment paper and was hopeful that the tempura would crisp up, which it did. It smelled delicious while baking. I thawed the sauce packets while the chicken baked and it was ready in perfect time. The sauce was a bit spicy but had great flavor. I topped with a little of yum yum sauce to really accentuate. I used a bed of rice and veggies to really pull this meal together. I would buy again and it is on my grocery list for next time. In exchange for my honest opinion, I received a reimbursement from Influenster for purchasing this product.
