The portions are small so if you have more than a couple people in your family you will need a couple boxes. The chicken taste fresh and is very delicious. It’s easy to cook and is great for a quick meal. It’s just like eating at a Chinese restaurant but at home.

I cooked the chicken in the air fryer, and the pieces came out big, juicy, and tender. The sauce tasted good, though it was more like a teriyaki sauce than the traditional General Tso’s flavor I was expecting. I followed the serving suggestion by splitting the sauce into three equal parts and serving it over green beans, with about five pieces of chicken per serving. There was definitely more sauce than needed, but everything was still really tasty. Even though it didn’t quite hit the classic General Tso’s flavor, it was still a delicious and satisfying meal.

I like that I could cook the chicken supper from the sauce first to ensure ultimate crisp. And then heat up the sauce in a microwave safe container. This was ideal as I could add the sufficient amount of coding of sauce to the chicken. I was pleasantly surprised by the sweetness as well as the heat that this did bring. Would definitely consider this as a brand in our kitchen..

I would highly recommend cooking this as instructed, but adding in some veggies like snap peas or broccoli enhances the already delicious flavor. My favorite part of this meal is how easy it was to make. Great flavor, just try it!

But after cooking it and putting the sauce on, I realized that it was more than I thought. The sauce was a bit more spicy than expected, but with the rice it was perfect. I like spice, but not burning hot. The chicken was perfectly crispy and seemed like it was freshly fried. Anyway, it turned out really good. It wouldn't feed a family of 4, but it was good for at least 2 servings. I would buy it again.
