It was simple to make and put over rice for a filling and tasty meal. The only complaint I have is that I'd enjoy a little more nutrition, but mixed with some steamed veggies would be delightful!

I was a bit surprised about the portion sizes; the box says it serves seven and I felt it was really only enough for four servings.

However, when you have kids, you have to suck it up and get something on the dinner table. This product is perfect for those nights. It is super easy to cook and clean yup. The chicken is heavily breaded, which overwhelms the meat, and the serving size feels small for the price, though it’s reasonable for a single meal. With nearly 1,000 mg of sodium, it’s far from nutritious. That said, the flavor is enjoyable, and the sauce is plentiful with a mild kick that I liked. However, even though it’s precooked, the chicken shrinks noticeably when heated. Tasty but not a standout; it’s an okay choice for a quick meal.

This General Tso's Chicken is super tasty, big pieces of breaded chicken and a wonderful slightly spicy (but not too spicy) sauce. It paired wonderful with a bed of rice. Cooking it was very simple and quick, perfect for a week day dinner or anytime you want something tasty without requiring any extra effort or dirtying up extra dishes. Will happily keep some in our freezer.
