Also sprinkled with some green onions to garnish. For me, i like more savory than sweet for a General Tso's chicken.

We did the sauce on the side for kids but for the olders and dad and I we mixed into the pan and oh my goodness the flavor was popping!!!! The protein is huge for us! And a must when we buy food!! Definitely something we buy often and we will continue to do!!!

The sauce is plenty and tastes just perfect that i use the extra just for the rice. The chicken was pretty good as well, and it's not dry at all consider i opted for an airfryer for the extra crispy. There is enough chicken for two people even though i pack my bowl with them.

I love being able to make general tso's chicken from the comfort of my own home. I added scallions and broccoli with my dish and served it over sticky rice. Everything was so crunchy, toasty and delicious!

The chicken is heavily breaded, which overwhelms the meat, and the serving size feels small for the price, though it’s reasonable for a single meal. With nearly 1,000 mg of sodium, it’s far from nutritious. That said, the flavor is enjoyable, and the sauce is plentiful with a mild kick that I liked. However, even though it’s precooked, the chicken shrinks noticeably when heated. Tasty but not a standout; it’s an okay choice for a quick meal.

Generally speaking frozen entrees lack that fresh flavor, and the vegetables tend to be soggy and blah. InnovAsian seems to have unlocked the magic. My chicken was tender, juicy and flavorful, my veggies with vibrant and fresh and tasty, even the rice had a pleasant texture. I'm always looking for high protein, low calorie meal options and now I'm happy I can add this to my rotation. I'm excited to try all the different varieties they offer, and I'd very much recommend InnovAsians to anyone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I made Innov Asian General tso’s chicken for lunch and iwas graciously surprised at how amazing the taste was. This a great frozen Chinese dish when you are craving it and want to make it at home. It is a little spicy if you are sensitive to spice but I love it. There are lots of little pieces that weren’t yummy but overall I loved it. I made it in the air fryer and heated sauce in a pan and mixed it up and was delicious!
