This is a lightly battered tempura white meat chicken breast with a spicy Asian style BBQ sauce and sesame seeds. An 36 oz. entree was the perfect size. You can keep it your freezer for that quick no fuss meal. It can be oven, pan fry or microwaved.

I was a bit surprised about the portion sizes; the box says it serves seven and I felt it was really only enough for four servings.

I love all the variety options by Innovasian, and this spicy option is a fave. The tempura cooks nicely, and you put the sauce on right before eating this delicious meal. I like the family size, as it allows for 2 meals for me and my spouse. I find this delicious with high quality ingredients that I find so easy to make a quick dinner.

It's perfect for a weeknight meal. It only took about 45 minutes from start to finish. For others it would only take about 30, but I like my chicken crispy. The package comes with the chicken and 2 packets of sauce. All you need to do is cook the chicken in the pre-heated oven for about 20 minutes. Then remove the chicken, and mix the chicken in the sauce. Put the chicken back in the oven, and let it cook a little while with the sauce on it. That's it! It's that easy. The chicken is tasty. The sauce is sweet with a spicy kick. Now we only used one packet of the sauce. Some in my family are sensitive to spicy foods. Eventhough we only used one packet of sauce, the chicken was still bursting with flavor and moist. It also maintained some of its kick. The chicken paired perfectly with rice. My family loved it!

The breading is a little thick for my liking but it is still OK for a frozen meal in my opinion. It has plenty of sauce. It makes an easy dinner for me on the week night.
