It was a little challenging to set up the first day, since there are several factors to adjust before getting a creamy and delicious espresso — like pressure, grind size, extraction time, and temperature. Just follow the recommendations and be patient while dialing it in. The most important tip for me: grind the coffee beans right before brewing. It makes a huge difference in flavor and crema. So far, my ideal setting is around grind level #5. Good luck with yours!

Coffee is so much better with fresh ground beans. It was so smooth and fresh. Best cup of hot coffee ever. Can’t wait to learn more about my Chefman Crema Deluxe Expresso machine.

Just on looks, the unit is impressive. I followed all of the setup instructions, and I was up an running. The machine has functioned beautifully. It's taking time to perfect the intricacies of brewing a nice espresso and latte, but this has nothing to do with the performance of the machine. I definitely recommend!!

So far, after two days, we are loving our Crema Deluxe Double Boiler Espresso Machine! Great price point. Very easy to set up. And I haven’t extracted a bad cup yet! We are novices at this espresso process and were expecting a big learning curve. But we’ve been pleasantly surprised. If this is part of the process I can’t wait to improve my skills, lol. I do need to work on my milk frothing technique but it seems to be working perfectly. Very happy customer.

I didn't receive the cleaning tools in my box.. Can you please mail them? Was easy to assemble and good instructions. All other parts are there. Looks like a nice piece of equipment, but I haven’t used it yet.

Looks very nice, but our portafilter came cracked. This is very disappointing because we were hoping we were getting a “top of the line”, quality machine.

I was excited to receive this as a gift. However, the machine steamer is very loud ear piercing loud. I make a double and the espresso doesn’t full drain through the filter. I can only make one latte at a time after each time you make one you have to clean and dry Porter filter if you don’t, the espresso does not blow through at all

I’m experiencing an issue with my Chefman espresso machine. When I press either the single-shot or double-shot brew button, the machine produces little to no water. I have ensured the water tank is full and properly installed, but the problem persists. The machine powers on and attempts to brew, but only a very small amount of water comes out, making it unusable. I have followed the recommended troubleshooting steps, but the issue has not been resolved. I would like to request warranty assistance to repair or replace the machine.

Water does not come out of the brew head for the life of me. Only the steam wand. The water level in the reservoir doesn't go down at all during a brew cycle, despite hearing the pump buzz, the pump is not actually drawing water from the tank. The tank valve works, the pump runs, the brew head stays dry. Observed water COLLECTING and POOLING at the tank connection. Water only comes out of the steam wand, not the brew head. Which is the whole point :(

We got the espresso machine-went to use it this morning and it is not pressurizing. We have followed step by step what to do and how to potentially fix it and it is still not doing what it should be.
