So far the product seems to work okay but the milk frothing leaves much to be desired. It hardly dispensed anything even on the double setting. I wish there were more milk size options.

Hey, good looking. Easy to set up. Has a large water reservoir . Built in storage is plentiful. But let's get to the main point. Milk caddy can be in the fridge. With great grounds it makes great coffee !

There is definitely a learning curve, especially with setting delay brew. Looking forward to making espresso and latte! Thankful for instruction manual since I am not a barista.

Never had such a positive experience with coffee! Now I can be so creative and treat guests in my home to a lovely coffee treat!

Was missing the peace that hold the float sensor in the water tank so haven’t been able to use it yet.

Have not used product yet. Looks great on the counter! The registration was smooth and easy to navigate.

I loved the soft touch digital pad and the ease of use of all of the attachments makes great coffee and very versatile

The setup and options were very straight forward. Did not try the delay start as I can start a pot of coffee when I want it.

So far it's been good. I have only had it for a few days. Can't really say if any problems have started yet.
