Just got the machine but the Kcup is not working as it won’t stay on oz when closing the lid

Haven't been able to use it yet due to missing parts

Not put out enough espresso with nespresso adapter. It seems to be holding water

Super excited! Love it so much

Can't wait to see what I can do with it and enjoy my coffee

Love the multiple coffee making options and the hot water feature!

We've only used it once but we are happy so far!

Great coffee maker easy to use, but can not get the delay brew to work

I love the versatility of this coffee maker so far! I haven't had it but a few days and I love it!!

trying to figure out how to work it..who would i call for assistance?
