This mower does not have an adjustable handle. I am 5’3 and the handle comes to my arm pits. This is for a tall person. I got it together and added the oil and gas. It started on the second pull. I pulled back on the self propelled handle and it pulled a wheelie. There’s no way to adjust the speed. If you like speed and you are tall, this mower is for you.

Easy-to-put together. Started with first pull after 15min. off running tuned off so could lower height . Went to start again and wouldn't start, let it sit for a few minutes and started then. it shouldn't have to cool after only 15-17minutes of running.

Pros: -easy to assemble - good speed and power for cutting long, straight stretches or for going up hill -light enough to use as push mower for maneuvering around small areas, if you don't have a lot of that to do, but it gets annoying really fast - starts easy Cons: - super fast, jerky start makes is a poor tool for cutting around small areas or fine maneuvering, and this was a deal breaker for me, so I'm returning it. I really tried to like it and mowed for an hour to see if I could get used to it, but I have too many small areas for this to be worth it for me.

Looks great, features %26 benefits sound great, started immediately. Didn't last one cutting before the self-propel stopped working. A hassle to return it, a hassle to have a repair shop verify it qualifies for warranty. Net, it receives one star because there is no allowable lower rating.

This mower was THE WORST I ever used! I RETURNED it! It couldn't handle anything that wasn't on perfectly level ground,didn't cut well,did wheelies,tips over on slope,the self propel hardly worked, it is like a jalopy! I sent it back %26 decided to fix my POWERSMART 22" 196cc self propel %26 my 25 year old CRAFTSMAN 6.0 GOLD self drive %26 they both are powerful beasts that I love! I do alot of mowing so it has to be fun %26 the YARDFORCE is anything BUT fun! Terrible mower,buy something else!

What can I say other than it’s not your typical adjustable self propelled mower. It’s got the big wheels and hauls u know what so don’t let your grass get a foot tall then complain it goes to fast and stalls out. It keeps my grass in Tennessee perfect. Best lawnmower I ever owned. Just be prepared they messed up my tracking number and was upset but oddly the day I complained it shows up lol. Anyways a five year old could assemble this thing it’s very simple only handle needs assembly then pour in oil then gas and go. I found it quiet no need for ear plugs

love my lawnmower. it seems so much easier than my last one. seems a little faster too. but my last one was pretty old. the only thing i dont like about it is. it doesnt have the attachment for my watter hose. so i can clean it easily after use. i have to tip it over to clean under it after every use.

I think the self propel system should be a variable speed system, the more you pull the engagement lever, the faster it goes; release the lever slightly, from fully engaged allows the mower to slow down slightly, the more the release, the slower the system propel the mower. For older folks that might not be able to walk fast behind the mower, a variable speed control system would be ideal. Otherwise, I really like this mower; well built, sturdy, light enough to easily maneuver around obstacles, relatively quiet, good on gas, one-pull starting with no priming necessary. I recommend it, with the one exception noted above.

Arrived on time and was well packed. very easy to set up just connect handle and put gas and oil in it. It started on first pull and you don't need to pull it hard. I am a 76 year old woman and a self propelled lawnmower is perfect for me. My son came over to put it together for me but I already had it ready, he was very impressed with it. I might slow it down a little and you can do that on any self propelled lawnmower I found. It shows you how on Google and YouTube.

I gave the mower 3 stars. It would have been more stars except for 1 issue with the wheel. First I liked how it came assembled and i only had to assemble the bag and handle. The mower started quick and easy the few times I used it. The self propelled part was a little fast, but I'm a bigger guy so it was easy for me to keep up. It cut the grass nicely, I wish it would have cut the grass a little finer, so I wouldn't have to empty the bag as often. The one issue I had with the mower and the reason I returned it, was the right front wheel got jammed against the mower body and couldn't roll when the wheel adjustment was on 5 and 6. The other adjustment levels worked fine.
