I used it once and it did what I needed to do as far as cooking a really nice Pizza. Neapolitan style is what I like. Great oven

We are still in the learning curve process and have only used it once so far. We are looking forward to using it more!

Method of peel is terrible. Pizza does not slide off. Created an huge mess and complicated the experience. Other than that cooks well.
