We absolutely love this sauna—it's been an amazing addition to our backyard. The quick heat-up time is a standout feature. I have Raynaud's, and when my core temperature drops, my extremities are affected quickly, so being able to warm up fast makes a huge difference for me. I also appreciate the flexibility to use it as either a traditional steam sauna or a dry sauna. Dry heat works best for my condition, so having that option is incredibly helpful. Overall, it's something our whole family enjoys, and it's exceeded our expectations.

Built it over a gravel pad that I did myself. Only needed an electrician for the final hook ups. Please note on the BILT App and in the pictures the front and back vent are shown in the wrong place. The front vent should be below the heater and the back vent should be high and above the benches. This was an easy build that I did alone with only the usual amount of rework due to my own laziness in reading instructions. The sauna itself is an amazing deal and perfect as a single person sauna. Heats up fast and although the sauna purist will say the ceiling isn't high enough, it's perfect for me.

I've been searching for a Sauna option for years and decided to try the Henley product due to a friend's review and price point. I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the material upon arrival. The installation build was reasonable and enjoyable, instructions were easy to follow. Once the electrician finished the hook-up, I've been enjoying it daily. It takes about 15-20 mins to arrive to 185 degree temp. I am very satisfied with this prodcuct and honestly it has exceeded my expectations in a major way!

This sauna is a dream come true for me! I am so happy I went for the 4-6 person sauna because it comfortably fits 4 people where the 2-4 person sauna would be a squeeze with 4 people. The build was relatively straight forward, it took 22 hours for me to build it by myself. Stay organized and keep the pieces in the box and use the packing list for reference when looking for the parts. I am using this sauna 4-5 times a week and am loving how it makes me feel. Overall, I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a sauna!

Great product - we're very happy with it after a few weeks of use. Took about 14 hours total for my 17 yo son and I to build. Using the Bilt app was sensational. Was a bit overwhelming to start but directions were perfect - electrician set up the rest in about 2 hours. Heater is great - heats up (granted on mostly warm days) within about 10-15 mins. On a 65 degree day it took 15 mins. That's the coldest it's been so far. Running temp has been around 145-150 for us with steam. Had it up to 180 to help clear the heater dust/paint smell - that takes a couple of runs to clear out. Cedar quality is exceptional - boards were all even, no warping and they smell heavenly. Only issue is with the control pad and receiver - the receiver is in a metal box so it's impossible to stay connected with the WiFi - I bought a sheet of thick plastic for a few bucks and cut it to fit - now it works like a charm. I can control the panel from my phone anywhere, but for some reason the pad itself doesn't work to control temperature and timer. I'll see if they have a fix for that. Anyway - been shopping for a sauna for about 1 1/2 years and couldn't be happier with the quality and look son far! They thought of everything - nothing you need is not included! A lot of other places require add-ons so watch your pricing.

The instructions are precise, through and easy to follow. It is a beautiful addition to our backyard. Like other reviews, it smells amazing; we couldn't be happier. The thing that took us the longest was leveling the ground and digging the concrete piers. The quality of the lumber is excellent and everything went together like Lego. Heater is blazing hot and works well. We can't wait until the weather cools off and we can make even better use of it.

We absolutely love our sauna. The smell of the cedar is incredible. It's perfect for relaxing and also for recovery. It fits perfectly in our space and we couldn't be happier!

We had the best girls' night at my sister-in-law's outdoor sauna! After a long day of taking care of kids, it was exactly what we all needed. The sauna heated up beautifully, was incredibly relaxing, and left me feeling completely refreshed. I slept amazingly afterward. It's also surprisingly spacious — all four of us were very comfortable the entire time. Such a peaceful and cozy experience, and the perfect way to unwind and recharge!

Assembled the Henley 2-4 person on a concrete slab, it took 4 people a full 8 hour a day, plus one full day of electrical. We used the QR code to follow the steps, but they were slightly different than the paper copy that was supplied, so that led to some confusion and debate. Some of our tongue and groove wall parts were cut uneven and had to be modified and the black molding was very warped. It just took a little ingenuity. After it was fully assembled, it is amazing to sit in, 2 people very comfortably, my husband is 6'7” and he fits perfectly! We struggle with the app, slightly, sometimes the timer on the app doesn't set properly and it turns off while we are sitting in it. We love the option of dry or steam, the lighting is nice, I wish it could be controlled by the app. We also wish it had red light therapy. Overall, it meets our needs and worth the purchase!
