Unless you want to experience 5 failed deliveries, delivery no shows, reschedules to times that the delivery company is not available, hours of hold times then DO NOT order furniture from Sam's Club. It will not be worth your time or stress. Pay the extra money and Shop local, I promise it will be a much better experience!

I am NOT an incentivized review. I got this sectional that IS real leather, as stated in the listing, but some other reviewers said it was faux leather. The sectional comes in three boxes and is easy to assemble. The pieces attach together with a bracket on the side of each section, but keep in mind that some of them are hard to put in (the corner pieces) because they need to be lifted a bit and then pressed together tightly to have the knob of one section fit into the bracket of the other section. I know that Sam's Plus members say they provide "white glove" service to assemble this for free, and I am a Plus member, but the delivery guy told me I would have to "tip" him $50 to assemble it for me and take away the packing (which also should have been free). He brought the three boxes into my living room and I paid the guy $20 to just leave and quit dripping sweat all over the place. The sectional is completely backward/flipped from the picture in the listing and there is no swapping it around. The reclining piece that has the cup holder/ arm rest is on the right side of the sectional as you are looking at it. The left side has a reclining seat that is bolted to a stationary piece. There may be a way to unbolt the stationary piece and bolt the cupholder on instead, but as it comes out of the box, it is flipped from the picture. It was not a big deal in my house because I have a huge living room that the sectional can sit either way, but if you are looking for a specific setup, you may need to do a bit of configuring under the chairs. The color is a bit softer than the online picture. The online picture has a but of an burnt orange tone, whereas, in real life, the sectional is a warm brown with a tan undertone. Either one would have worked for me since I was not getting a new rug or curtains until I saw the true couch color. The power recline and headrest are smooth and quiet. It does need to be moved away from the wall about 6-8 inches so that you do not scrape up your walls, so it is not a true zero-clearance recliner (see pictures). Firm cushions, which I prefer, so you do not sink in up to your elbows when you sit on the couch or have to climb out. The cupholder and plugs are a nice touch. Overall, nice. Check the delivery and setup offered before you get hustled for a "tip". One of the better deals on a leather sectional compared to all the other sites I looked at.

Generous seating configuration creates a perfect gathering space for family and guests. Well built and durable. Easy maintenance for everyday living.

This sectional is huge and roomy! The fabric is easy to clean and wipe down. I love the cup holders and the storage console!

The most disappointing thing is that you cannot order additional sections. I mean that is the purpose of a sectional. It should be modular to find your space. We are enjoying the sectional. It is comfortable and stylish. I had a couple of things damage doing shipment that I am trying to get resolved now.
