Gets off most makeup (there is a waterproof one that gets off waterproof makeup that I have not tried), but not mascara or all of my face makeup. It does work pretty well overall, but make sure to use a toner to make sure all cosmetics are off of your skin.

I am really not sure where this product has been my whole life! I have spent so much money in the past on other products that did not remove my makeup half as well as this does. With Garnier Micellar Water it is a one stop shop to remove your makeup each night! Also, the bottle is large and last forever.

It is a really good micelar water, the only down is that it is quite hard to remove waterproof mascara with this. I like that it doesn't irritate my skin or eyes. My favorite though is the one with Argan Oil (specially for my eyes) but this micelar water I do use it for my whole face.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve really been into the cleansing water and oils lately, and this was my first time trying the Garnier brand. Overall, it’s a decent and effective product. It is gentle, and light, however I have used better, so this wouldn’t be me go to. I think it’s a very inexpensive alternative to my typical makeup remover and face wash routine, however I don’t think it works as good as what I do currently.

Pouring a bit on a cotton pad and rubbing it into my skin before I go to bed has my skin so clean and glowing by the time I wake up, without drying it out. It doesn't last as much as I wish it would, I ran out of it pretty quickly, but it is cheap enough that its worth it :)

Garnier Micellar Cleansing Water is amazing! My girlfriends and I took turns removing makeup from the back of our hands, this Micellar water is great at removing so much even hard to remove eyeliner! I finds at night when I remove my makeup, I no longer need additional products, this Garnier Micellar water takes care of everything in 1 easy step! Plus my skin feels smooth, clean and fresh! This has become a permanent staple in my daily and nightly regimen!

I know this product from my little sister. This product is so helpful when I tried at first time. My make up is gone easily. I don't need to use any alcoholic products anymore. It is affordable, oh my god.... I already bought 4 times in drugstore and 2 times via online shop.

I don't usually wear makeup but my job requires me to be on the road a lot and there is so much dust that tends to cling to my face at the end of the day so I use this after washing my face at night and it really helps to get all the gunk of the day off even after using face wash. I would not use it in the day time though as my face tends to look oily closer to the end of the day when I do.

Overall, this micellar water did the job. I have a problem being able to tell the difference of different micellar waters, although, this one wasn’t drying! The only reason i rated it 2 stars was the backlash this product got and all the articles about it containing cancer causing ingredients. Whether that is true, I’m not sure, my friends use it and they seem to love it! Me on the other hand, I’m a hypochondriac so i stay away from products that have bad raps
