I'd like to give my personal review on the recent purchase of the backyard sauna can't express how satisfied we are with the whole process and especially the outcome of the unit Extremely easy to put together very well explained in instructions and the quality is fantastic would definitely recommend if you are looking for a personal outdoor sauna

We absolutely love this sauna—it's been an amazing addition to our backyard. The quick heat-up time is a standout feature. I have Raynaud's, and when my core temperature drops, my extremities are affected quickly, so being able to warm up fast makes a huge difference for me. I also appreciate the flexibility to use it as either a traditional steam sauna or a dry sauna. Dry heat works best for my condition, so having that option is incredibly helpful. Overall, it's something our whole family enjoys, and it's exceeded our expectations.

Built it over a gravel pad that I did myself. Only needed an electrician for the final hook ups. Please note on the BILT App and in the pictures the front and back vent are shown in the wrong place. The front vent should be below the heater and the back vent should be high and above the benches. This was an easy build that I did alone with only the usual amount of rework due to my own laziness in reading instructions. The sauna itself is an amazing deal and perfect as a single person sauna. Heats up fast and although the sauna purist will say the ceiling isn't high enough, it's perfect for me.

Building instructions were detailed and relatively easy to follow, you just need to play close attention to the notes in each section. My tip is to save the packing slip for each box so you know what items it contains and dont have to search as much. You will definitely need 2 other people to stand up the walls and attach the door but everything else could be done solo. So far so good!

I've been searching for a Sauna option for years and decided to try the Henley product due to a friend's review and price point. I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the material upon arrival. The installation build was reasonable and enjoyable, instructions were easy to follow. Once the electrician finished the hook-up, I've been enjoying it daily. It takes about 15-20 mins to arrive to 185 degree temp. I am very satisfied with this prodcuct and honestly it has exceeded my expectations in a major way!

Great product - we're very happy with it after a few weeks of use. Took about 14 hours total for my 17 yo son and I to build. Using the Bilt app was sensational. Was a bit overwhelming to start but directions were perfect - electrician set up the rest in about 2 hours. Heater is great - heats up (granted on mostly warm days) within about 10-15 mins. On a 65 degree day it took 15 mins. That's the coldest it's been so far. Running temp has been around 145-150 for us with steam. Had it up to 180 to help clear the heater dust/paint smell - that takes a couple of runs to clear out. Cedar quality is exceptional - boards were all even, no warping and they smell heavenly. Only issue is with the control pad and receiver - the receiver is in a metal box so it's impossible to stay connected with the WiFi - I bought a sheet of thick plastic for a few bucks and cut it to fit - now it works like a charm. I can control the panel from my phone anywhere, but for some reason the pad itself doesn't work to control temperature and timer. I'll see if they have a fix for that. Anyway - been shopping for a sauna for about 1 1/2 years and couldn't be happier with the quality and look son far! They thought of everything - nothing you need is not included! A lot of other places require add-ons so watch your pricing.

Exceeded my expectations. Very good quality. I've been using my sauna daily and I love the experience. Only suggestion - i needed to fabricate a plastic cover for the control box so it could reach wifi. Other users have experienced the same thing. The metal cover greatly restricts wifi signal.

We bought the Henley 2-4 person sauna about a month ago and have used it about 20 times. We're pretty happy with it. It took about 12 hours to assemble (4 hours in the evening 3 days in a row, mostly by myself). It takes about 15 minutes to get up to 160°F and we usually only heat to 180°F but it can go higher. It's worked fine, no problems with the heater or lights. We've gotten into the habit of taking a sauna in the evening before heading to bed. Definitely better built and cheaper than the competition. We're happy we got it.

This sauna is a dream come true for me! I am so happy I went for the 4-6 person sauna because it comfortably fits 4 people where the 2-4 person sauna would be a squeeze with 4 people. The build was relatively straight forward, it took 22 hours for me to build it by myself. Stay organized and keep the pieces in the box and use the packing list for reference when looking for the parts. I am using this sauna 4-5 times a week and am loving how it makes me feel. Overall, I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a sauna!

Took awhile before I had a weekend to DIY. My son and I were able to do it in a day Instructions were good. A lot of steps. Went together well. All the material was nice. That was a concern for me before purchasing. I stain the outside with some clear and put some paraffin oil on the inside. We used it a few times this week. It's really nice. It gets way hotter than I would ever need it to. … it gets up to 200°. Couple hiccups in the directions gotta pay attention to the addendum Overall, really nice unit Signed, Jonny homeowner
