Chomps is a part of my day!

I love chomps! My 3 year old loves them too! No added sugar and soooo good! Love that I can easily get some extra protein in a low cal yummy snack.

Delicious!!

I have a love hate relationship with these. I keep one handy when I am not home and working a job that keeps me busy. It is great for the protein as opposed to grabbing a non protein snack that will not hold me over. The taste, meh. Not my favorite. It is very salty and dry. If I find these with a flavor, I will probably like it better.  It gets the job done though and does help so if you are on the go or need to keep snacks handy for inbetween meals without the sugar crash, look into the Chomps. If you need more then add it with an apple, some cheese and cut up the Chomp.
