[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] They are really good. I was disappointed in the variety pack. I had ordered a whole box of original and thought I would get 2 sticks of the other flavors. But I got 6 more original and only 1 other flavors. That is disappointing to say the least.

One before lunch (or in lieu of protein) and one before dinner, which is usually late in the evening. The flavor and spiciness is just right. The protein amount keeps me satisfied longer. I started Chomps with this flavor, and it's still my favorite.
