These sticks are boldly flavorful and satisfying, with a good denseness and chew to them. I'll eat one before a shift to keep my energy consistent, or during my break to help me stay focused - and as grass-fed sticks go, the price is very reasonable. These are the only beef sticks I've found that won't affect my blood sugar. Made with quality ingredients, with without fillers or preservatives like dextrose, which is often found in other "healthy" alternatives. Chomps original beef sticks are a staple in my low carb way of eating!

Although they tasted real good they were not at all good for you to consume so as an adult I stopped eating them all together until I found Chomps, which I consider a better for you brand. These beef sticks taste great and you do not feel bad about eating them. I enjoy them as a snack at any point in my day, while on the run, at work or in between meal at home.

Honestly, I am not sure what I would do without these. I always have at least two in my purse and have had a standing order for I don't know how long. I have one every single day after the gym to coast me until dinner. They keep me from snacking and I never feel guilty seeing as the ingredients are so clean. I would recommend these to anyone!

I personally prefer the jalapeño flavor, but I like the original as well. I buy this flavor specifically for my daughter who doesn’t like anything spicy.
