Darn good beef sticks

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used to really enjoy this brand, but recently the product has been very inconsistent. I buy a bag and they are either overdone and too tough to eat or underdone and pink and taste awful. They seem much spicier too. Even had some mold on me and my fri and had a bag mold on her too. After years of product loyalty, I've decided to move on.

I integrate them into my high protein diet and think that they are a great and healthy alternative to some of the things I loved that aren’t necessarily healthy options. I have a love hate relationship with these. I keep one handy when I am not home and working a job that keeps me busy. It is great for the protein as opposed to grabbing a non protein snack that will not hold me over. The taste, meh. Not my favorite. It is very salty and dry. If I find these with a flavor, I will probably like it better.  It gets the job done though and does help so if you are on the go or need to keep snacks handy for inbetween meals without the sugar crash, look into the Chomps. If you need more then add it with an apple, some cheese and cut up the Chomp.

Great protein snack just needs some flavor!
