While other reviews have complained about the taste, I think it's great. I mix it in with my pomegranate green tea in the mornings and it is undetectable. However, I've also tasted it directly from the packet and I still really like it, especially considering that shilajit resin is very bitter if it you take it straight. Also love that this version has the saffron added. I recommend and will buy again.

The taste is rough don't use them on their own. I put one in my morning coffee and can't taste it at all. I do feel like there has been some improvement in my mood due to this product.

I'm not sure if these work or not, I honestly couldn't get past the taste. They taste as if you got melted burnt plastic in your mouth.

taste like nasty tasting medicine. you know how some pills bust open once they hit ur tongue and u cant wait to drink something to get the taste gone yea thats the taste and no difference in taking it after 60days either

These, sadly don't do a thing! I mixed them with hot tea %26 flavorings, so I could get them down, but after a month, zero noticeable effects!
