It seems like it's designed intentionally for comfort with padding under the heel and arch of your foot. They work very well for work if you work in business professional or casual. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Dockers Ezra Oxford (black) are great for semi-formal wear (think business / smart casual). They are very comfortable, keep your feet cool on summer days, and versatile. The only reason why I knocked off one star out of five is because I prefer an all-black design including black stiching and upper sole. On these Oxford shoes, Dockers uses a light brown stitching and dark brown upper sole. However, this is a minor detail. Otherwise, these Oxford shoes are incredibly comfortable. The footbed is plush and great for all-day use. Plus, the perforated design offers great breathability (which is especially useful on hot summer days). I recommend these to anyone looking for office-appropriate shoes, especially if you have to stand or walk a lot.
