I was surprised to see how much and how big the pieces of pork were in this package. Surely enough to feed at least 4 people. I added it over risotto and man that was just perfect. It has just enough spices and a hint of lime. I had also bought some of Sam’s croissants and used one to soak up the sauce. Will definitely buy this again if they keep it as a staple.

My family loved this dish! The flavor was very well developed and the meat was very tender and it shredded easily - we ate it in tortillas as wraps. I love how simple the prep was - this was perfect for supper after a baseball game when I didn't want to cook, but wanted something "home-made" on the table! I purchased this as a quick and easy meal for a weeknight. I was a bit hesitant about the sauce, as it says mild but also says it has jalapeno's and my family doesn't enjoy spicy foods. The sauce was delicious, not spicy at all! The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is we would have preferred the pork to be shredded like when you buy pulled pork as that would have made it easier to put in taco shells. I spent some time chopping it up myself but for convenience sake it would have been better if it came this way in my opinion. We will buy it again though!
