The coverage is exactly as claimed. The color is better than wood mulch and lasts much longer than wood mulch. Additionally, it is great for play areas, as there are no splinters and it cushions falls. The cost is significantly more than wood mulch, but I don't need to replace it add to it every year. Year to year the extra cost evens out while the appearance remains much more consistent.

Perfect color brown. These Nuggets are at a price point that cannotbe beat! Keeps weeds to a minimum and pesky insects do not like the smell, so takes care of that also! Definitely an upgrade from my bark nuggets, and stays put a lot better!

Costly item but these everything is. I calculate that 30-40% of cost is the shipping. Shipping was very fast considering I got caught with Memorial Day weekend. Product on line showed 1.5 cu ft bags with 50 bags per pallet and I ordered 7. That’s a lot but I had a big project and needed red. Can’t get red by bag or in store and oddly store bags are 1.25 cu ft. Little problem with delivery but FEDEX was great about fixing the situation. 7 pallets arrived and after inspection discovered smaller bags.I called Sam’s customer service. First 2 representatives were less than useless finally the 3rd rep sorted out the mess. I ended up keeping the product after coming to a mutually agreed refund. Product is good but more brownish red than pictured on line

The bulk price is too high. The single bag is a much better deal. Yes .25 sq feet less but way cheaper to add a bag for every 4 bags.. my rating is for the price.

We bought this rubber mulch about two months ago. We expected larger commercial or bulk-sized bags since we ordered directly through the company, but what arrived were 1.5 cubic foot bags, which are almost the same size as the 1.25 cubic foot bags sold at the club stores, only at almost double the price. I contacted customer service back in March and requested a pickup/return because this was not what we expected. I was given a reference number, but from the end of March until now, nobody has called, followed up, or arranged pickup. At that point, we were forced to use the mulch because we needed to repair our playground to meet state daycare requirements for the kids. If you order this product expecting true bulk or commercial packaging, be aware you are mainly getting slightly larger retail-style bags for a much higher cost. The lack of customer service follow-up made the experience even worse.
