I absolutely hate these new packages. I really liked the old packaging (with the yellow styrofoam) because I could see all the chicken breasts I was buying. I don’t like buying breasts with a lot of fat. This weekend is the first weekend where I will be buying from HEB. If you don’t change back, I don’t see the need for a Sam’s membership anymore.

This is disgusting!! Why did you change to multiple tiny packages with only two pieces of chicken per package?! I’m purchasing in BULK for a reason! Not to have TONS of extra plastic. Then have chicken liquid spill everywhere the second I open the packaging. The chicken texture is gross and everything is sticky. Most of the chicken smelled foul once opened and LOTS of the chicken pieces were a weird red color with the feeling of playdoh. A good third of the chicken wasn’t even a full chicken breast but a shredded chunk of chicken. I won’t be buying again unless the packaging gets changed back. Such a waste of money and no need for the massive amounts of plastic that isn’t recyclable.

Needed some boneless breasts and didn't have a lot of time. Since I was already at Sam's I picked these up. This was the first time we have tried these. We had family over for my wife's birthday. So, we cooked several types of bbq foods. We found the chicken to be tough, fowl tasting and not the best. Yes it was eatable. Would I get this again. Probably not. We have been using Bell & Evans for quite a while now, and we'll stick with it. It's a bit more expensive, but if you're near Big Y, they have sales every few weeks for under $5 a lb.

I’m so disappointed in the change made to the chicken at Sam’s. The quality of this chicken is not good at all. Not fresh, bones and grit found in it, and just seems overall less healthy. Possibly more hormones?? I wish their chicken was as good as their beef. I won’t be buying it from here anymore.

Absolute worst packaging! Who ever came up with this disgusting bagged design of chicken stuffed into pouches and taped should lose their job. Every pack was leaking all over the place. Quality of meat is also so poor. Definitely will not buy chicken breast from here again until issue is resolved. Looking at reviews I can see that I am not the only one that feels this way. What a waste of money.

Absolutely terrible packaging. looks convenient in 4 individual pacs, but they are bags of water with some chicken in them. The processing has changed too. Now the breasts are beat up, shredded, and look like they were dragged behind a truck. 1/10 would not recommend.

I was a routine weekly Sam’s shopper for chicken breast. But now with the current state of chicken breast has forced me to seek chicken breast elsewhere. The size of the current breasts are sub standard to the original size chicken breast in the foam trays. Currently no one can you the chicken breast how they are presented currently in the shelves. Sam’s give me a break. You actually thought this was doable. Signed disappointed.

The packaging is a messy disaster, will never buy this again until they go back to the trays. “individual” packages are not properly sealed when you cut between them they leak. they’re also not evenly distributed. I like the old trays, let me vacuum seal the portions sizes I want. 2 of the pieces were also mutilated. First world problems but I’m actually angry after prepping chicken from the new packaging. Would give zero stars if I could
