[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Super fresh and incredibly tender once cooked. I used it to make a marry me chicken recipe, and it turned out amazing. The texture was perfect l, and the flavor was excellent. I'll definitely be buying it again.

The new bag parading is horrible, I have had 2 recent deliveries of Sam's chicken in the bags and there has been a hole in the packaging. I suspect from heavier items being place on the package when being picked or in transit. It's frustrating to bring your purchased groceries in and have to immediately deal with leaking raw chicken. Please go back to the styrofoam trays or train your employees picking the orders or delivery persons to be considerate of other's purchases.

I have now had 3 separate times when the chicken I purchased had at least a week more until the freeze or use by date and upon opening the package the chicken was RANCID. I mean makes your whole kitchen smell awful type of rancid. The new packaging seems to either make the chicken go bad faster, or Sam's is really not keeping up with it for delivery to the stores in a timely way. You also used to get huge breasts in the tray style packaging and now that it has been changed, you can't even see the breasts through the plastic to tell what size they are. There is also a slimy film that you have to drain out. Disgusting and will not be repurchasing.

Everyone thoroughly enjoyed them, especially my sister who only eats chicken breast. It was tender and juicy. Great quality for sure. Highly recommend!

The new chicken isn't just different packaging. The cuts are bad, mostly fat and filled with water. The quality of the meat is tough. It's literally tough to chew and rubbery. My 6 year old who has most of his baby teeth can no longer chew through it and we've had to start buying elsewhere. They put it in these bags that don't clearly show how much and the weights are the same but it's the water/packaging most of them have two really small pieces or one wider but thin piece spread across to look bigger. With beef prices being so high, ruining chicken too is enough to switch to a different wholesale club.

I used to rave about the chicken at Sam's Club. But I absolutely hate this chicken in the new packaging. The packaging itself is horrible and punctures easily allowing for chicken juices to leak out. The chicken is very inconsistently cut and SLIMY. I will not buy my chicken from Sam's anymore.

The texture is tender and noticeably juicy when cooked correctly. They have a clean chicken flavor, you can easily customize them with your own spices.

I have been buying Sam's chicken for over a year now. The new packaging is horrible. I've purchased 3 different packs and all of them had at least 1 section that was leaking or spoiled once opened. I don't know why the fresh chicken was switched from the tray packs to this but I will not buy any more unless they switch the packaging back.
