I buy alot of chicken from sams, but after the packaging switch and lower quality chicken, I will be buying elsewhere. whatever you do don't waste your money on this garbage.

The individual packaging makes it very convenient to plan ahead for the week without hanging to thaw out more than needed. Each bag contains 2-3 reasonably sized breasts, making it super easy to make a meal.

The chicken breasts are pretty thick straight out of the package, so I used a knife to slice them into thinner pieces for easier cooking, but honestly that wasn’t a problem for me. What I liked most was how clean the chicken looked compared to other frozen brands very little cartilage and I didn’t find random bone pieces, which made prep much easier. I marinated the chicken for a couple of days and later made grilled chicken with salad and asparagus, and the texture came out tender and juicy with a fresh appearance once cooked.
