As a lot of people have stated, we HATE THE NEW PACKAGING. Juice everywhere, more of a pain to open and trim, breasts are slimy (and smaller), plus more microplastics added to meat. PLEASE go back to the tray ASAP! We will be buying chicken breast elsewhere for the foreseeable future. Very disappointed.

I like many others keep my Sam’s membership for the price and quality of meat. I drive almost an hour (one way) every week to Sam’s to get my meat for the week, specifically the chicken breast. I loved how the quality was always great, I could see how many breasts I was getting and how big they were. The new packaging makes this impossible! I HATE it! Not only can you not see the quality of the breasts you’re purchasing, you can no longer tell how many pieces you’re getting per pack, or the size of the breasts. The package states 2-3 breast per 4 smaller packs, but you can’t tell by looking at it how many you’re getting! It’s always leaking and disgusting, which also makes the section of the store where it is displayed stink. I have never been so disappointed in a stores choice of packaging! If I am now going to have to go elsewhere to get my chicken, I may as well just get everything elsewhere. I will not be renewing my membership!

The new packaging is terrible! Great concept that you could potentially just cut the packs and put it in the freezer but it’s covered in slime and each pack is filled with liquid. The breasts are a little smaller which is nice but it’s hard to actually tell what size they are in the bag. I still had to open each pouch to put in new food saver bags to then put in the freezer.

We have been buying the chicken in the styrofoam packages for a long time! Good size and quality! Now that yall have changed the packaging to the nasty plastic that leaks and has so much water in it and the chicken is so small and so slimy! I am very disappointed! Will be buying else where! Do better Sams!!!! I do not reccomend!!!

New packaging contains stinky, slimy chicken and it leaks. This is absolutely disgusting.

Always buy our chicken from Sam's and never a problem. Bought this new packaged chicken, fed this to our dogs (as we make their food) and they got sick. Stopped giving them the chicken and they got better. Coincidence, I don't think so.

Hate the new packaging and the quality of meat isn't as good. Can you please go back to your previous supplier? I prefer to divide the chicken in freezer bags according to my family's needs not what someone else thinks is appropriate.
