I've used it just once, but I am going to try to return it.  Nice, I like the ceramic coating, but it cooks unevenly close to the edges, especially the ends and in the middle.  Made my pancakes look like clowns.   Over browned in places and still white in others on the same pancake.

I wouldn't recommend it.

The large surface feeds everyone at once instead of my usual one-pancake-at-a-time disasters. Non-stick cleanup is amazing (crucial for someone who used to scrape charcoal off pans daily).
Been using it 6 months - zero cooking failures! Husband actually brags about my breakfast now. We went from kitchen arguments to weekend pancake parties.
If you're a cooking disaster whose bad food is ruining relationships, BUY THIS. Worth every penny for kitchen confidence and marital harmony!
