Cleaning the cooking surface after making pancakes was more difficult than expected. Cooking between 375 - 400ºF, the avocado oil residue needed abrasive cleaning.

This griddle heats quickly, and the non stick top is actually non stick. We love using it especially for things that usually stick in pans like fried eggs and pancakes.

Used it for the first time for pancakes and eggs. Worked great and cooked pancakes perfectly. Warming tray was handy for the pancakes. Clean up was a breeze.

I love this griddle! Great for pancakes and fried eggs and I don’t have to use oil or butter. I purchased the 12 x 22” griddle and can easily cook 6 to 8 eggs at once. Wish I’d purchased one years ago.

Can’t attest to longevity, but so far it has been great for breakfast and will be using it a lot for dinners as well.

Huge griddle that heats very evenly and comes with a warming tray. A little challenging to clean since you can remove the heating element.

I was impressed that it doesn't require any fat. Plus, the cooking time is very fast. For the quality of the product, the price is very good.

It’s very pretty and the perfect size for my kitchen. The warming tray was a little smaller than the picture made it look though.

Overall the item looks amazing but the surface does not get hot enough at the max temp setting. I may have a defective item.
