Loved the way package is sealed by the portion.

Why, oh WHY, did you need to change this product??? Okay, so yeah... styro trays can be finicky and leak, I get that, but dang... this new packaging feels like a step down, rather than an improvement. I like to break down my packages of chicken when I get home, splitting into multiple freezer bags (so I can grab 4 tenders at at time for dinner). The trays were nice and laid out, no extra juices, and I could just pick up and put them in my bag. Now, these bags have to be cut open and put into another container (because if I left them in the bag itself, it'd spill sticky chicken juices everywhere), and then I end up with this disgusting mix of chicken in chicken juice that I have to continually dip my hand into, like a weird Halloween game. Then, once you get to the chicken itself, it is NOT the same quality as before... The tenders are more raggedy, falling apart, or incomplete. I saw lots of tenders that were hanging together only because of the white tendon. Many tenders were very small - there were very few large tenders in my bag. It's important to add - I bought about 10-12 pounds of tenders (3 packages), and this was standard among ALL three packages. And, of course, to add insult to injury, the price has gone up 40c a pound from the last time I bought the trays (just 4 months ago). This is a huge fail, Sam's. HUGE FAIL.

The chicken tenderloins are great and a bargain for the amount of product in package.

The chicken itself is fine. The new packaging is horrible. The process of opening the packaging is now time-consuming, difficult, and unpleasant. If the goal is reduce chicken sales (to me), I think you've accomplished your mission!

It’s as if they tossed chicken into a wood chipper, stuffed the mess into plastic six times the original plastic packaging, and pumped the packaging full of sulfur dioxide. It’s now more expensive by the pound, and 5% “retained water”.

The new packaging is terrible. The bags leak and my chicken was slimy and stunk. Plus there’s less product in the package. I will not be buying as long as it’s in the new package

HATE the new packaging. So difficult and messy to get the chicken out. Filled with water/juices in the bag. We used to buy these weekly but will likely not be buying from Sam's again due to the new packaging.

New packaging makes the chicken very slimy and also hides the quality of the chicken cuts. My chicken was extremely mangled. I will not buy with this packaging again.
