I like this bar. It was kind of bland at first, but then it grew on me. I just tried my first one and came on here to buy more and was surprised by all the negative reviews. Yes it sticks to your teeth and that plus the lack of tasting very chocolately is the reason I took one star off. If you are used to eating/making healthy snacks that are the alternative to the real thing, then you get that this is not going to taste at all like an actual brownie. I like that it's not too sweet and you can tell it has good ingredients in it. Sort of a date based bar type consistency to me. I appreciate that it has chia seeds, flax seeds, pumpkin seeds and chocolate, but overall very few ingredients and will buy again.

Hard chewy bar with seeds and hint of dark coco. Hard to chew as consistency and seeds stick to teeth. Not as good as I expected it to be. Would not be my first choice for a healthier snack.

For the calorie count, you'd expect them to be sweeter but it's quite bland for a "brownie." Also difficult to chew. Mixed luck with one thats relatively soft and one that seems to have been exposed to air and hard as a rock. Poor quality control it seems, waste of money for $1.43 per bar and nobody wants to eat them. The old 88 acres granola bar (sea salt and dark chocolate I think) were delicious so I was disappointed with these.

Unfortunately this particular flavor has a problem with its texture and taste. It is also dense and tends to partially stick to your teeth. I will not purchase it again.

Horrible taste, very hard, disgusting

When I saw these were brownie flavored plus had protein I was excited to try it. However upon the first bite it was absolutely horrible. No taste, no sweetness, and a cardboard like texture. I couldn't finish one bar and ended up throwing the rest away because I couldn't do it. I love the dark chocolate bars they have but these are NOT even close. Just bad.

Didn't read the comments when I purchased these, just saw a new flavor and was eager to try. I came from eating the dark chocolate and sea salt ones Sam's starting carrying, and these are the complete opposite in texture and flavor. I'm so disappointed!

These are terrible. They are really heavy and dense. I hope that they bring back the dark chocolate salted ones. Those were very good. I will finish this box but I would never buy these again. I hope that Sam's Club keeps this brand but offers us members more flavor options from 88 Acres.

No flavor. Once in a while you get a hit of salt, but that's it. Texturally horrible. I don't even know how to explain it. It's like somebody already chewed it up, spit it out, and formed bars. Seriously so bad. I've choked down plenty of nasty nutritional bars, but this is the worst.

They are horrible. The flavor is meh but the worst part for me is how it coats my teeth. Don't eat this on the go, it completely sticks to your teeth and turns them black. I like the other products from this brand, but hate these bars and won't be repurchasing. Bring the granola bars back in stock, those are really good!
