Great tasting healthy burger topping

Love fish and this tuna burger is high quality meat that makes it easy to incorporate fish into summer meals. They are easy to prep on stove top or grill and fantastic with a sauce and then a side salad for a quick lunch. Holds up well during the prep and looks great on a burger or on its own. Very fresh meat and easy to store in packets of three in the freezer. Binding material is taste neutral, you just taste fresh tuna.

Eh, not the best

This was easy to cook and didn’t stick to the pan as I was cooking it. However, even with adding a lot of seasoning to the burger, it had a strong tuna flavor. It was a little difficult to break apart some of the patties and by the time they were defrosted enough to break apart, they were starting to become delicate to work with. They cooked quickly but the flavor was lacking. My husband was still hungry after two burgers but didn’t want to eat anymore due to the strong tuna flavor that overpowered everything else. I wouldn’t get these again.
