it's good for instant meals as it's very easy to prepare. the patty sizes are decent for a good meal. no harmful additives. we were not great fans but it's decent.

I was so excited about this but the taste was horrible. So fishy! It was such a bad taste that I thought maybe it's spoiled but it didn't taste like spoiled fish. I'll stick with the salmon burgers.

These nutrition wise are fantastic. Flavor wise they could use seasoning. They are very fishy so you do need to enjoy fish to like these. Overall, it's a healthy quick meal that can easily cook in a toaster oven or air fryer, loaded with protein.

Very healthy but flavorful, packed full of protein. I added avocado and some kewpie mayonnaise and this was so delicious, very filling too. Also simple to make.
