I'm a tuna fan. I love all things sushi and sashimi. I even like canned tuna. I was excited about this purchase because it seemed like a cool alternative to regular burgers. However, I can't recommend this product. The odor is unpleasant, and the taste matches the odor. The texture was was quite dry and mealy. I'm not one to waste food, but I could not force myself to eat this and threw away both patties I cooked. We followed the cooking instructions on the packaging and were not pleased with the results.

Very fishy tasting. With lots of ketchup and toppings they are edible, but really not impressed with this product. The 2 stars are for the protein content, which is great (33g per burger). They are easy to cook, too, but kind of unappetizing as the fishy flavor is very strong.

Take this review seriously!!! I love all types of fish and seafood but these tuna patties are the nastiest food I've ever eaten and I'm 61 years old. I tried to cover the smell and taste with ketchup mustard and a vinegar sauce with Chipotle powder and it was still uneatable. It tastes like rotten fish a@%23 smells!!!! I tried to get the taste out of my mouth with peppermint and I can still taste this crap!!!! I'm not trying to be vulgar but again it's the worst supposed food product I've ever eaten. I told my wife if I threw these tuna patties out side in the field after dark the buzzards would be circling in 10 minutes ( and buzzards don't fly after dark ) and probably eat each other rather than eat the tuna patties.

A starving cat wouldn’t eat this even if you laced it with cat nip. Best option is to grill it, which at that point defeats the purpose of convenience and you might as well just slap canned tuna on a bun.
